Very convenient highway access, as well as being easily accessible to the near by community of Coburg. Plenty of near by necessities such as mid day and evening meals, with in walking distance. I very much enjoyed putting out peanuts for birds & squirrels, then sat outside my room with either hot or cold beverages, and took in the visits of squirrels, blue jays and other peanut eaters that nature provides.

I was greeted by the Office Manager who was very easygoing and accommodating especially when I realized I didn’t read the fine print about the damage deposit. She held our room for us while I went to get cash for the deposit and return. Upon opening the door, the room was noticeably bright, clean and smelled fresh. The spa tub was as relaxing as it looked and the room had all the amenities necessary for a last minute night away. The place is very quiet and private with a very convenient location. Don’t overlook this place next time you’re in Cobourg because it is much better than the chain hotels in every way.

I was staying near my relatives; it was very convenient. The room heated up quickly. The water was hot; good shower. The fridge is huge and the kitchenette is wonderful. The bed is very comfortable. The TV worked super. There was no noise from other guests adjacent to my room. The manager was very friendly and accommodating to a late check in.

It was very clean inside and outside. The building and property looked very well kept. The staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here. The bbq area was very nice too.

Everything was pretty good. There was some initial misunderstanding with the booking, but it got resolved in a prompt and friendly manner. Staff was helpful and accommodating. The place was clean; bed and sofa comfy, everything worked fine. It was pretty quiet. Nothing exciting in the vicinity, but it's close to the town and right on the highway (but I couldn't really hear the traffic). The place is a mix of dated and renovated, but the important stuff (bed, sofa, bathroom, floors) looked new. Pretty good as far as highway motels go. I would use them again.

Erin the wonderful administrator was very efficient, took care of all our needs, and addressed all of our request, both in person and through email at the time of booking! The new owners were personable. Always checking to be sure if we needed anything! Room was clean, we had a kitchenette. Oven worked amazing, fridge was clean and cold. Room smelt clean and welcoming. Sheets pressed and fresh. Our only suggestion, the pillows are new, but very soft. You need 2 per-person. We will be back!!!!!! thank you

Very clean room, shower, comfortable bed, and clean sheets. Free parking, coffee, tea, and a bottle of water. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Great location, close to grocery store coffee shops, and restaurants, conveniently located to highway 401.

Beautiful dawn view from the window! It’s close to highway yet feels secluded with minimal disruption. Definitely value for money.
